Nesrin Lushta was born on 6.12.1957. She Graduated in 1982 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina.She is chairperson of Central election commission. Professional Experience: 15.06.1982. - 1.03.1983, Intern in the Office of the Public Prosecutor in Mitrovica; 1983.- 1984, Associate professional at the District Court in Mitrovica; 1984 - 1992, Judges in the District Court in Mitrovica; 1992.- 1998, Lawyer; 2000 - 2001, Judges in the District Court in Mitrovica; 2001 - 2004. Local leader in the Kosovo Judicial Institute in Prishtina; 2004.- 2008, judge in the District Court in Mitrovica. From 25 July 2008, she works as judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo in Prishtina. Other Experiences: From 2004, until 2006, Member of Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo; 2004, consultant of the Foundation Terre des Hommes, which deal with the justice of minors; 2005 international expert in the project "Technical assistance to support the establishment of the Judicial Institute in Skopje / Macedonia; 2007/2008 consultant of UNICEF in the field of minors justice. From 2006, she is Secretary of the International Association for minors’ judges and judges for family issues "with the headquarters in Geneva / Switzerland.
