Valdet Hashani was born 11.05.1965 in Obilic. He is a doctor. Since June 2009, he is the Head of the Institute for Health Protection in the Ministry of Health.He is a junior lecturer at the Medical Faculty of Pristina University, and the University of Tirana Crystal / Faculty farms, Kukes, Albania. Since 2001 he is working as a trainer of family medicine at the Center for Family Medicine training in Lipljan and Pristina. He is the president of the Association of Family Doctors of Kosovo (AMFK / AFPK) from October 2004. From 2003-2008 he was Head of the Unit for the implementation of family medicine at the Center for Development of Family Medicine (CKFM) - Ministry of Health. In international medical services - IMC USA he worked as a doctor in territory of Kosovo and the coordinator for immunization. He worked as a physicist in the "Mother Theresa" in Obilic from 1998-1999. He participated in several national and international conferences, seminars and congresses. He is co-author of twenty protocols and five guides to primary health care. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sarajevo in 1997, specialized in Family Medicine 2002. He has a master degree at the University of Pristina, Faculty of Medicine (2002-2004) and master's degree in Kosovo, School of Public Health (2001-2003). He is married and has two children. |
