Simo Spasić was born on 20 December 1961 in Sibovac – municipality of Obilić.
He worked in Power Plan of Serbia (EPS) in „Kosovo“ until 1999 conflict in Kosovo. His brother Žarko Spasić was kidnaped near „Belaćevac“ mine, 14 May1998. Sima, together with few other families formed in 1999 a Association of kidnaped and missing persons in Kosovo and metohija, that was formally registered in July 2003. Simo Spasić, that enjoys big support of victim’s families, and he organized lot of meetings and protests. While raising issues on kidnaped and missing persons he met lot of public persons, institutional representatives, SRSG, KFOR general etc. He graduated Technical high school.
