Murselj Halili was born on 09.09.1968 in village Globočica – municipality of Dragaš in Kosovo, where he lives nowadays.
Political Party: Građanska inicijativa Gore (GIG). In the Assembly of Kosovo he is member of the Board for Rights and Interests of Communities and Returns, and he represents group SLS. He acted as officer for labor relations in TI “Drateks” u Dragašu 1994-1995, teacher of legal group of subjects in secondary school in Dragaš in 2006 godine, president of NGO Humana Ekologija Dragaš (HED) 2001-2003, čegač advisor in NGO “Gora” 2003-2006.
He is a graduated jurist. He is married.
