Dragan Milošević is born on 12.01.1952, in Belgrade – Serbia.

He is acting advisor to Managing Director in Private Enterprize „Alliance BK Group“, and President of the Executive Board of the Main Board „Pokret Snaga Srbije – Bogoljub Karić“.

In institute for hidrometheorology he used to work on several different positions, such as: independent expert advisor, head of Department for quality of air and artificial influence onto weather, head of laboratories, president of the Federal Hidrometheorological Commission for artificial influence onto weather and Vice-President of Federal Hidrometheorological Commission for the protection of environment. He also worked as marketing director in artistic foundry „Voždovac“, Belgrade; owner and director of the company „Best invest“, Belgrade, co-owner and director of the copmpany „Euroconnect“, Belgrade; member of municipal board of Municipal Assembly Čukarica; member of the Executive Board of „Water ans Sewage facility in Belgrade“.

Political functions: member, since its foundation (1990) until 1997. of the strongest opposition poliotical party during regime of Slobodan Milošević – Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO), he managed affairs of organizing and marketing in Municipal Board of SPO in Belgrade, candidate for MP in front of DEPOS, on elections held in 1993, participant in demonstrations held on March 9. Vidovdan assembly in 1992 and in all important protest gatherings and oppositional activities from 1990 – 1997. Member of the headquarters for creation of coalition „Together“ (SPO-DS-GSS). After break-up of the coalition, he leaves SPO in 1997. Founder (on 22.12.1997.), secretary general and president of the political organization „Serbia together“ (Serbia and diaspora), which was integrated in „Pokret snaga Srbije-Bogoljub Karić“ in 2004.

Winner of appreciation letters from Organization Committee of XIV Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo, in 1984, Sarajevo Airport, REIK „Kolubara“, and also diplomas from Superficial Excavation Facility „Šikulje“ Likavac near Tuzla, and from „Makpetrol“ Skoplje. His most relevant expert works are: „Possibilities for usage of RHMZ equipment for protection of environment“, Councelling on equipment and engineering in protection of environment, Belgrade 1998; „Characteristics and measuring with iso-thermal chamber“, International Conference on physics of the clouds, Mavrovo - Macedonia, 1991; „Radiation of damaging materials from thermal – energetic objects and quality of air in Belgrade“, Councelling on the quality of air, Belgrade, 1991... and many other expert works. He participated in several major projects.

Graduated on Faculty of Natural Sciences in Belgrade, Department for Physical Chemistry and specialized in the field of artificial influence onto weather (Utah University, Salt Lake City, USA), between 1980-1982.

Married to Gordana, father of two sons.Former basketball player, and, aside from science, sports and politics, he is a great lover of music.
