Ljubinko Todorović is born on 16.06.1951 in Gračanica. He is currently engaged as graduated jurist in Center for Social Labor in Gračanica and he is still Deputy Ombudsperson in Kosovo, although he is currently not conducting this function. He was Deputy Public Defender in Priština, Secretary of the Assembly of Priština Municipality and Executive Council, Director of Center for Gerontology in Priština. He received several awards and commendations in previous system, from youth days until culture and sport (Commander of the brigade "Boro and Ramiz", CAS “Simonida” in Gračanica, YFC Gračanica etc.). He participated in lectures organized by Kosovo Legal Centre, on several meetings in EU countries regarding human rights in Kosovo and in Ombudsperson Institution in Kosovo, on similar lectures, etc. He graduated Law, with Bar examination, in Priština. Married to Slavka, father of two children. Hobbies: sport, walking in nature, and visiting monasteries and churches.
