Hafiz Leka is born on 10.02.1959, FRY.
He is head of Labour and Employment Division in Department of Laobour and Employment - Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in Kosovo Government, from june 2003.
Also, he is professor of sociology, psychology and logic in two Gymnasium in Kamenice, from september 1982 to date.
He was director of Regional Employment Center in Gjilan – Department of Labour and Employment, 07/2000-06/2003.
Head of the working group on drafting of Kosovo Labour Strategy 2005/2008; Head of the working group on drafting of Kosovo Labour Strategy 2008/2013; Member of the working group on drafting of Labour Law and Labour Relations; Member of the working group on drafting of Kosovo Program for Gender Equality in the frames of Kosovo Government; Member of the working group on drafting of Employment Promotion and Employees protection law; Member of the working group on drafting of Professional Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons law; Head of the Experts Group from the Minsitry of Labour and Social Welfare during the study tour in the fields of labour system, vocational trainings, employment policiesin the several EU countries, like Denmark, England, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania etc.
Graduated American University for South-East Europe, Budapest.
