Naim Behluli is born on 04.03.1968 in Gnjilane.
He is a political advisor to Minister Sadri Ferati – Ministry for Local Government Administration.
He was a senior political advisor to the first deputy of Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr, Lutfi Haziri in 2007-2008; Senior political advisor to Minister in the Mininstry for Local Administration Government, Mr. Lutfi Haziri, in 2004-2007; member – advisor in Working Group for Decentralization, as expert. He received a medal and a certificate of appreciation from the deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo.
Graduated economy at University in Priština.
Married, and father of three.
