Nexhmedin SPAHIU, director general of Radio Television Mitrovica and professor of "Politics of Balcan countries" subject on University of Priština, was born on September 20, 1965 in Mitrovica. During previous period he was a president of University conference of youth of Kosovo (in 1987), political advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo (January-March 2005), professor of University of Tirana, Albania, University of Tetovo, Macedonia, and emeritus professor of University of Hamburg, Germany. Nedžmedin Spahiu became master and doctor of mathematics at Universitz of Zagreb. He also graduated on Central-European University in Budapest, Hungary.

He is author of several publications:
