 Enver Hoxhaj, Minister for Education, Science and Technology in the Government of Kosovo and MP in the Assembly of Kosovo, has finished his studies of history at Vienna University. He specialized himself at Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for human rights. He acted as assistent to the professor at the Department for Political Sciences in Vienna University. During 2003 and 2004 he was guest researcher in London School of Economics, in Center for Studies of world government. His publications on issues from south-east Europe include studies and other publications on historical and political aspects of ethnic conflicts, nationalism, breaching of human rights etc, published in several western publications and books.
