Andy McGuffie

Andy McGuffy, Director for communications, International Civil Office and Special Representative of EU in Kosovo, was born in Sheffield (Great Britain). Prior to that he acted as deputy Chief of European Section of International Press Office in London, spokesperson of Home Office in London, and Press Secretary of Liberal – Democratic Party in the House of Lords, in London. He graduated modern history and French language at Oxford University in Great Britain.
