Burim Ramadani, political advisor of Minister for Local Self-Government in the Government of Kosovo and external associate of European Center for Minority Issues ECMI-Kosovo, born on December 14, 1981, in Suva Reka (Kosovo). Before the war he was a journalist for the daily and weekly newspaper Zeri in Priština and he was following political and security issues. He worked as an assistant in the Department of Political Sciences, University of Priština, where he obtained the title of master. He graduated at College for International and Security Studies - George C. Marshal-European Center for Security Studies, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, and on Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Priština.
