Born in Trstenik in 1956. Graduated theatrical and radio monitoring at the Faculty for theatrical arts in Belgrade. From 1981 until 1996 he worked as director, art director and manager of Theater in Kruševac. During season 1996/97. he acted as manager of "Atelje 212" Theater in Belgrade. Since December 2000 he acts as manager and art director of Belgrade Drama Theatre. He directed more than 70 plays in Serbian, Bosnian and Greek theatres, with special afinity for modern domestic literature and drama („Prokleta avlija“, „Derviš i smrt“, „Zlatno runo“, „Koreni“, “Tvrđava”). He directed opera’s and musicles. He is the founder of Belgrade Festival of Dance. He is the professor of acting in Academy of Belle Arts in Belgrade. Nebojša Bradić’s plays were staged in theatres of former Yugoslav republics, in Italy, Austria, Hungary, England, USA, Chech Republic, Switzerland, Ucraine, Russia, Greece, Albania. He received most important domestic theatrical awards. He is the first winner of „Nikola-Peca Petrović“ award for best Yugoslav theatrical manager. On theatrical festival „Joakim Vujić“ he won nine awards for best directing. He received Sterija award for best modern theatrical adaptation, dramatization and directing. He won the award „Joakimov prsten“ for his contribution to theatrical art, and award “Zlatni vitez” on theatrical festival in Moscow. He deals with teatrology and essays. He published a book of dramatization of novels „Prokleta avlija“ and „Derviš i smrt“. He is the member of artistic societies and expert bodies of several cultural institutions and events.
