“Position of minorities in majority municipalities” was the subject of the debate held in Media Center in Caglavica. Panel members were: Ronald Hugjemstra, Head of the Unit for the rights of communities in the International Civilian Office, Raif Elezi, Deputy Minister of Local Government, Numan Balic, head of parliamentary group for the integration of the Kosovo Assembly, Bashkim Ibis, executive director of the Center for International Integration and Zoran Marinkovic, former president of the Committee for the communities in Vitina.
